Mr. Pilip's experience includes 11 successful years of management and team leading in startup and international companies.

Additionally Pavel have 20 years experience in complex hardware, firmware design and application software development. 

Mr. Pilip has a very impressive portfolio of successfully completed projects in large variety disciplines

Mr. Guberman is a Head of Firmware Engineering with a successful 22-year track record in firmware development in all aspects.

Also he has 15 successful years experience in management and team leading

As the Head of Hardware Engineering at BOARDTECH Ltd., Leonid is responsible for leading and managing a team of firmware engineers. He is responsible for setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to his team members. Leonid is a valuable asset to BOARDTECH Ltd. He is a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a proven track record of success.

Mr. Shteyn is a Head of Software Engineering with an impressive 20-year experience in variety disciplines of software development.

Also Alexander has 15 successful years experience in  versatile IT industry.

As the Head of Software Engineering at

BOARDTECH Ltd., Mr. Shteyn is responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers. As part of his experience Alexander provides architectural and expert assessment in development, application and solution architecture.

Mr. Shteyn has an impressive experience at :

• Visual Studio 2010 - MFC, 2015, Visual Studio 2015 - WPF. Visual Studio 2022 - .Net 6

• C++ 14 under Linux Ubuntu embedded system, POCO library.
• Over nautical based satellite communication systems software applications development.
• Business aviation based satellite communication systems software applications development.

Mr. Pilip is inhouse hardware design expert with a very rich 15-year experience in:

      • Analog, digital and RF board end-to-end design.

• Rich experience in ultra high frequency multidisciplinary boards until 40 GHz. 

     • High voltage(>10KV) board design plus signal and power integrity.

• Signal and power integrity simulations with Hyperlynx
  •  10 Years experience in logic design (VHDL and Verilog) on Altera and Xilinx FPGAs.

As the Hardware Design Expert at

BOARDTECH Ltd., Nikolay responsible for research, development and simulating high speed and high power board designs. Also he is responsible for customers engineers consultations in those disciplines.

Mr. Avizov is a Head of Integration Department with an impressive 7-year experience in multidisciplinar systems.

As part of the Evgeny is work scope he is responsible in follow disciplines:

  • Collaborated with internal teams, healthcare providers, and external vendors to define integration requirements and standards.

Mr. Halfin is a Head of Mechanical Department with an impressive 15-year experience in research, development and design of multidisciplinary systems, products for mass production, medical devices, innovation and Smart Things.

Boris brings experience of delivering successful products to market including Concept Development, Design, Tolerance analysis, Engineering, Verification and Validation Testing & Manufacturing support.

He is highly motivated, Creative problem solver, assertive, blended with experimental and theoretical engineering analysis, analytical team player

Specializes in design of ultrasound and optical systems, precision mechanics, moving and safety mechanisms, design of plastic injection molded parts, vacuum and cooling systems, waterproof system IPx7, optical design (IPL/ Lasers/QSwitch).

Specialized technologies: Injection Molding, Vacuum Molding, Compression Molding, Sheet Metal, CNC, Laser Cutting, Rapid Prototyping
