Position Overview:

As a Hardware Designer at BOARDTECH company, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. From conceptualization to implementation, you will be involved in every stage of the hardware design process, ensuring that our products are not only technically advanced but also visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.

   • Translate concepts into detailed hardware designs, considering functionality, performance, and manufacturability.

2. Prototyping and Testing:

   • Develop prototypes for hardware designs, conducting thorough testing and analysis.

   • Iterate designs based on test results, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

3. Custom Hardware Solutions:

   • Design custom hardware solutions tailored to specific project requirements.

   • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative features into hardware designs.

4. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with software developers, firmware, mechanical engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration between all system is components.

   • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

5. Documentation:

   • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for hardware designs, including schematics, bills of materials, and design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in hardware design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

• Proficiency in hardware design tools such as CAD software and experience with PCB layout.

• Solid understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and digital signal processing.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with FPGA design and programming.

• Experience with high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in hardware design.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
